When i first started my contents page this is how i started. I was a bit unsure about the layout and the style of this contents page so before i carried on i showed it to some of my target audience for their views. After finding out they thought it didn't look like an RnB style contents page i decided to start again from fresh on a new one. I think the picture is too big for the contents page and i decided to use it on my double page spread instead as i think it is a really good photo, just not suitable for my contents page.Below is some of the comments my target audience said when i asked them for opinions.
'I think the photo is a good photo but is just doesn't look right for a contents page, it looks more like a double spread page'
'I don't like the style of it I think it looks more like a pop magazine, and I don't really like pop magazines. The picture also does not fit in with a contents page, how are you going to fit everything else on?'
