Front Cover Additions

For my Magazine I felt it would be benificial to use text bars along the top and bottom of the front cover to help organise my work. This idea stemmed from looking at various KERRANG! magazines and seeing these being a prominant feature that, in my opinion works well. I was using photoshop to create the bars and then once complete they were added to the front cover.

Here I made my top bar in photoshop ready to go on the top of my magazine. It says "INTERVIEWS - REVIEWS - FASHION - HOTTEST ARTISTS" as this will be summing up the themes of my magazine. I then added this to the front of my magazine:
