For my contents page I decided to use a white background so i could give more impact from the text and pictures. I don't like my contents page as I think its too structured and plain. The heading is bold but i believe it's too boring and wouldn't make you want to read on through the magazine.I like that the photos are rotated slightly as it makes them more interesting. Also I think it looks okay how the photos are layered over each other to make them stand out more.
I don't think the number titles fit in with the rest of the magazine design and i don't think they would work with a music magazine therefore I will have to research existing magazines to see there style and find styles that I like.
