The style of my magazine front cover represents that of an existing magazine, such as Q which has a very clear, bold yet simplistic style to their covers. Q magazine usually only contain one or 2 images on their front cover and so does mine, which means the cover is not too overcrowded and it's outcome is a professional look, just like Q.

Although the colour schemes are different, I use only black white and green/mustard, just like Q uses only black/grey white and red. We also only use one photo for effect, and conveniently construct different style fonts and sizes of text around the image, without crowding the cover too much. It has an even balance just like the existing Q cover does.
I also keep to the simplistic theme throughout, using the same fonts and colour schemes, as does Q using the same colours on their content's pages and further into their magazine.
My Contents Page:Both contents pages, mine and Q's continue the simple theme, which uses the same colours and not too many photos either. The information is given clearly, yet their isn't too much to overphase the reader.
Costumes/Props:
On my front cover I include Megan is holding a guitar which portrays her as a real artist, and also on the contents page the bold make up, fashionable dress and beads as a prop in the photoshoot gives an overall profession look as would any photoshoot in Q or NME magazine. Also, Adam wears a suit in the shoot on the contents page which also gives a sense of style, and class. The background and lighting is kept clear on both phot shoots to not take away from the model themselves, and I think this very effective and professional looking especially on the front cover.
The Double Page Spread(s):
The layout of my pages are very realistic and the interview I included is a very common feature in existing media products, as well as the 'Your Response' box which involves the audience in a realistic way.
